As all of our items are handmade to order and often customized to individual preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please ensure all details—such as sizing, leather type, and personalization—are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

In the rare case that you receive an item with a defect or a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or repair as appropriate.

All resolutions will be determined at our discretion, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
